WEARSHIELD is an ultra-hard composite wear plate having high chromium carbide alloy metallurgically fused to the carbon steel by robotic process to provide severe abrasion and moderate to low impact resistance. These wear plates are well accepted in Mining, Steel, Cement, Sugar, Thermal Power and mineral processing industries worldwide.
WEARSHIELD is available in custom-built shapes and sizes besides the standard length & width. It is easy to fix through welding or stud bolting and provides extended life of 2-3 times compared to Manganese Steel/Ni hard/hard facing.
